The announcement follows the official close of Flyover’s acquisition by Brogent Technologies on July 31, 2026. Adams’ elevation to CEO marks the beginning of a new leadership structure as Flyover enters its most ambitious growth phase to date.

Adams will be supported by a strong executive leadership team, including Sean Black, recently promoted Vice President, Finance and Accounting, alongside Kiana DiStasi, Vice President, Revenue and Adam DiCassmirro, Vice President, Operations, who will continue in their current roles. The leadership team has played a pivotal role in Flyover’s success to date, providing continuity, experience and a solid foundation for the company’s next phase of growth.
