LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Becker Transactions is presenting for strategic review a 91-patent-asset intellectual-property portfolio
The portfolio encompasses four separate and independently assessable technologies:
1. Altera — a magnetic-wave computing hardware architecture;
2. Voltara — a rechargeable zinc–organic electrochemical energy-storage system;
3. Nexara — a magnetic and optomagnetic fusion-energy architecture; and
4. AlterAI — a sparse, stability-oriented artificial-intelligence method.
These are not four names for one underlying concept. Each addresses a different physical or computational problem, operates in a different technical domain, and may be evaluated on its own merits.
At the same time, certain combinations present logical engineering and R&D complementarities. Altera and AlterAI form the most direct pairing: specialized computing hardware and an AI method designed to exploit that hardware. At a broader portfolio level, the four technologies can also be viewed as potentially complementary layers of an advanced AI–energy system—computation, intelligence, energy storage and energy generation.
Additional technical, patent, filing and supporting information is available under NDA.
Four Distinct Technology Platforms
Altera — Magnetic-Wave Computing Hardware
Altera—also referred to as Altercore in certain inventor materials—is a computer-hardware architecture that processes information through magnetic or spin-wave behavior in engineered crystalline materials.
Conventional processors move electrical charge through transistor-based circuitry. Altera instead proposes propagating information as magnetic waves through a specialized material structure.
The architecture is directed toward:
•Lower-energy computation;
•Extremely rapid signal movement over microscopic distances;
•Neuromorphic and AI-processing applications; and
•Improved resistance to radiation-related disruption.
Altera is not an AI algorithm or software platform, It is an alternative physical substrate for computation—the functional layer ordinarily occupied by CPUs, GPUs and other processors.
Voltara — Zinc–Organic Rechargeable Energy Storage
Voltara is a rechargeable battery architecture based principally on zinc metal and redox-active organic compounds, including quinone chemistry.
The system uses reversible electrochemical reactions to store and release electrical energy and incorporates an engineered separator intended to facilitate ion movement and improve charging behavior and long-term stability.
Its technical objectives include:
•Efficient rechargeable energy storage;
•Faster charging;
•Reduced formation of damaging zinc structures or dendrites;
•Improved cycle stability; and
•Potential use of materials that are more abundant or less costly than conventional lithium-based battery materials.
Voltara is not an energy-generation system. It is a distinct electrochemical storage platform intended to receive, retain and later deliver electrical energy.
Nexara — Fusion-Energy Architecture
Nexara is an architecture for generating energy through nuclear fusion.
Fusion requires hydrogen-isotope fuel to be heated until it becomes a plasma and then confined under extreme conditions long enough for fusion reactions to occur. Nexara proposes using strong magnetic fields, potentially augmented by laser-enhanced or optomagnetic effects, to confine, stabilize and control that plasma.
The architecture is directed toward:
•Containing high-temperature plasma;
•Suppressing or controlling plasma instabilities;
•Maintaining conditions suitable for fusion reactions;
•Capturing the energy released; and
•Converting that energy into usable electrical power.
Nexara is therefore neither a battery nor a computing device. It is a power-generation architecture directed toward one of the most consequential and technically difficult problems in energy engineering.
AlterAI — Stability-Oriented Artificial Intelligence
AlterAI is a machine-learning method emphasizing sparse activation, preservation of prior internal states and gradual integration of new information.
Many contemporary machine-learning systems repeatedly modify or overwrite internal parameters during training. AlterAI instead proposes blending new information with existing internal states in a more gradual manner, with the objective of improving stability during continued learning.
Its principal characteristics include:
•Activation of only a limited portion of the system at a given time;
•Gradual integration of new and previously learned information;
•Reduced disruption of established internal states;
•Pattern recognition, prediction and adaptive learning; and
•Potential reductions in computational energy requirements.
AlterAI can conceptually operate on conventional computing hardware, but it is particularly designed to complement Altera’s magnetic-wave computing architecture.
Independent Value; Selective Technical Synergy
The portfolio’s strategic significance lies first in the independent character of the four technology families.
A semiconductor or advanced-computing organization may evaluate Altera without acquiring an energy technology. A battery or materials organization may evaluate Voltara independently of AI or fusion. A fusion developer may consider Nexara without adopting the remainder of the portfolio. An AI company may evaluate AlterAI as a computational method independently of specialized hardware.
The potential additional value arises where the domains intersect:
•Altera + AlterAI: specialized hardware paired with an AI architecture designed around sparse and stable computation;
•Altera/AlterAI + Voltara: intelligent monitoring, charging control and electrochemical-system optimization;
•Altera/AlterAI + Nexara: high-speed sensing, prediction and control of complex plasma behavior; and
•Voltara + Nexara: energy storage supporting startup, control, auxiliary power and load-management requirements associated with an energy-generation system.
These intersections do not eliminate the individuality of the technologies. They create optional combinations that may be relevant to organizations operating across advanced computing, AI, energy storage, fusion, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems or national-laboratory research.
“This is not one concept divided into four labels,” said Dean Becker, CEO of Becker Transactions. “It is a 91-asset portfolio comprising four separable technology families, each addressing a different technical bottleneck. Their additional strategic interest lies in the places where advanced computation, adaptive intelligence, energy storage and energy generation can reinforce one another.”
Opportunity for Technical and Strategic Review
The portfolio may be of particular interest to organizations active in:
•Semiconductor and neuromorphic-computing research;
•Artificial-intelligence hardware and software;
•Electrochemical materials and advanced batteries;
•Fusion, plasma physics and power-generation systems;
•Aerospace, defense and radiation-tolerant electronics;
•Autonomous platforms and robotics; and
•Government, university and national-laboratory R&D.
More detailed information—including technical descriptions, proposed implementations, mathematical analyses, simulations, supporting citations and patent-filing materials are available under NDA.
