U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, Oregon State Tep. Rob Nosse and Portland Mayor Keith Wilson joined customers, investors and community leaders as the company marked its third move since founding.
PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — OpConnect, a provider of turnkey electric vehicle charging solutions, has relocated its headquarters to 115 SE Yamhill St. in Portland, expanding its capacity to serve EV charging customers throughout North America.
The company celebrated the grand opening on Aug. 18 with U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, Oregon State Rep. Rob Nosse and Portland Mayor Keith Wilson. OpConnect employees, investors, customers, partners, vendors and community leaders attended the event, which included remarks, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, facility tours and technology demonstrations.
The headquarters marks OpConnect’s third move since its founding, reflecting the company’s continued growth and long term commitment to Portland. The new facility will support the company’s manufacturing operations as well as provide space and electrical infrastructure to support R&D efforts in advanced EV charging such as battery-backed charging, bi-directional charging and microgrids.
