Dan Levangie to transition to Chairman of the Board
BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CereVasc, Inc. today announced the appointment of Tony Kingsley as President and Chief Executive Officer. Dan Levangie, CereVasc’s current President and CEO, will transition to Chairman of the Board, continuing to provide strategic guidance and support throughout the company’s next phase of growth.
Kingsley brings extensive leadership experience and a strong track record of building and advancing innovative healthcare companies. As President and CEO, he will lead CereVasc’s strategy and operations as the company prepares for commercial introduction of its breakthrough eShunt System.
